La quiche au chevre renversante de Virginie - Virginie stunning goat cheese quiche

 

Bon, je sais cuisiner beaucoup de choses mais je ne suis pas super douée pour les quiches... allez comprendre... donc, je me réjouie toujours de voir ma belle-soeur Virginie, qui, je dois l'admettre, est la reine en la matière... Donc, voici une des versions de quiches que j'adore... chaude ou froide, apéritif, entrée ou en plat principal avec une belle salade, c'est le plat sympa par excellence...

 

Ingrédients (pour 4 à 6 personnes)

- Une pate feuilletée

- 250g lardons

- 2 tomates

- 1/2 chêvre buche

- Ciboulette

- 3 oeufs

- 1 cs de crème fraiche

- 20 cl lait

- Sel et poivre

 

Préparation

- Préchauffer votre four à 200°

- Faites revenir les lardons et égouttez les

- Etalez votre pate au fond du moule à tarte, piquez la

- Mettez les lardons cuits au fond de la tarte

- Rajouter les tomates coupées en rondelle

- Disposez le chêvre coupé en rondelles

- Saupoudrez de ciboulette coupée au ciseau (congelée plus pratique)

- Dans un bol, mélangez les oeufs avec la crème fraiche et le lait

- Salez et poivrez

- Recouvrir les ingrédients du fond de tarte du mélange aux oeufs

- Enfournez 30 min

- Servez chaud ou froid avec une belle salade ou coupée en morceaux pour l'apéritif

well, I know out to cook multiple things but I am not that great for the quiches !! Nothing to understand....  So, I am always enjoying when I meet my sister-in-law Virginie, as I have to admit she is the queen for this dish... here is one of her versions I love.... hot or cold, aperitif, starter or main course with a good salad, it's a super nice plate to serve....

 

Ingredients (for 4 à 6 people)

- 1 puff pastry

 - 8 oz of bacon pieces

 - 2 tomatoes

- 1 log of goat cheese

 - Chives

- 3 eggs

- 1 tbs of fresh cream

- 0.42 pt of milk

- Salt and pepper

 

Préparation

- Preheat your oven at 392° F

- Cook the bacon pieces and dry them

- Spread the puff pastry in a pie mold and prick with a fork

- Put the bacon all over the pastry 

- Add slices of tomatoes

- Add slices of the goat cheese log

- Sprinkle the chives cut with a scissor

- In a bowl, blend the fresh cream, the eggs and the milk

- Salt and pepper

- Cover the pastry and the ingredients with the mixure of cream and eggs

- Put in the oven for 30 mn

- Serve hot or cold with a good salad or cut into pieces for the aperitif
