Brownies au pétites de chocolat blanc de Chloé - Chloé brownies with white chocolate nuggets
Ok, on sait tous que les brownies ne viennent pas vraiment de France mais voici la recette de ma nièce Chloè que je tenais à partager... Pas très light mais super bon !!!
Ingrédients (pour 6 personnes)
- 200 g de chocolat noir à cuire
- 150 g de chocolat blanc à cuire
- 150 g de beurre doux - peut-etre pas mal avec du beurre salé
- 125 g de sucre
- 4 oeufs
- 80 g de farine fermentante (farine avec levure)
- 1 pincée de sel
Préparation
- Préchauffez votre four à 150° C
- Cassez le chocolat noir en morceaux
- Faites le fondre à feu doux dans une casserole jusqu'à ce qu'il soit liquide
- Ajoutez les 150 g de beurre avec le chocolat
- Bien mélanger
- Hors du feu, ajoutez le sucre, la farine et mélangez
- Ajoutez les oeufs un à un en mélangeant toujours
- Cassez le chocolat blanc en morceaux pas trop petits et incorporez à la préparation
- Versez dans un plat rectangulaire pour le four et préalablement tapissé de papier sulfurisé
- Laissez cuire au four 30 min.
- Le coeur doit rester moelleux et la surface souple
- En sortant le plat du four il faut voir sur le dessus un "croute" de chocolat marron dorée
- Laissez refroidir dans le plat puis couper en carré

Ok, we all know that the brownies are not French but here is the recipe from my niece that I wanted to share... not really light but soooo good !!
Ingredients (for 6 people)
- 1 cup black cooking chocolate
- 0.65 cup - 5 oz - of white cooking chocolate
- 0.65 cup - 5 oz - of butter de beurre doux - could be very good alos with salty butter
- 0.54 cup - 4 oz - of white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 0.35 cup - 2 oz - of flour with baking powder
- 1 drop of salt
Préparation
- Preheat your oven at 302° F
- Break the black chocolate into pieces
- Melt it in a pan on a smooth heat until it gets liquid
- Add the butter to the melted chocolate and blend them together
- Out of the fire, blend with the sugar and the flour
- Add the eggs one by one while keeping on blending
- Break the white chocolate into small pieces and incorporate to the preparation
- Pour the blend into a rectangular pan where you already put a parchment paper
- Cook for 30 mn
- The heart has to be smooth and the surface has to look like a golden brown colour
- Leave it until cold and cut into square pieces
